SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our goal is to get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Times: All orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 1-2 business days of receiving payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

🇮🇹 SHIPPING IN ITALY: We ship via Trackable Express Courier.

  • Delivery Times: 24/48 business hours (72 hours for Islands and remote areas).

  • Shipping Cost: €7.00

  • Free Shipping: For orders over €55.00.

🇪🇺 SHIPPING IN THE EUROPEAN UNION: We ship to all countries within the European Union.

  • Delivery Times: 5-7 business days depending on the destination.

  • Shipping Cost: €20.00

  • Free Shipping: Not available for international orders.

🌍 EXTRA-EU SHIPPING (Rest of the World): For shipments outside the European Union (including Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA), costs and timelines vary by destination.

  • Shipping Cost: Costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Customs Duties: Any customs charges or import taxes are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are calculated by the customs of the destination country. GiuAl has no control over these costs.

Package Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link and a tracking code to follow your package's journey.

Delivery Issues: If the package arrives visibly damaged, please accept it "subject to inspection" (con riserva) or refuse it and contact us immediately at giualbrand@gmail.com.
