RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

In accordance with current regulations, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

HYGIENE EXCLUSIONS (Art. 59 Consumer Code): Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, lett. e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is strictly excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.

Therefore, returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Earrings

  • Hair accessories (clips, barrettes, headbands, etc.)

These items can ONLY be returned if the sealed packaging or the warranty seal remains perfectly intact and has never been opened. If the seal is broken, the return will be rejected to protect the safety of our customers.

RETURN OF OTHER ITEMS (Necklaces, Rings, Bracelets): For items not subject to strict hygiene restrictions, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be new, never worn, and free of any signs of use.

  • It must be returned in its complete original packaging.

SHIPPING COSTS: The direct costs of returning the goods are entirely the responsibility of the Customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. GiuAl is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

PROCEDURE: To request a return, send an email to giualbrand@gmail.com before shipping the goods. If the request meets the conditions (e.g., intact seal for earrings), we will provide the shipping address.

INSPECTION AND REFUND: Once the package is received at our headquarters, we will proceed with the inspection of the items. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund based on the condition of the goods.

A refund will be REJECTED if:

  • The items show signs of use, wear, or damage.

  • The warranty seals (for earrings/hair accessories) have been opened or tampered with.

  • The original packaging is missing.

If approved, the refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days.
